For major interventions that could involve an impact (for example, a major
version upgrade of your application):
- We plan it with you.
- We agree on a window suited to your operations.
- We communicate the expected scope and duration in advance.
Communication
We inform you of relevant maintenance through the
agreed channels. For unplanned incidents,

No surprises
We tell you in advance about changes that may affect your service: they
are either transparent, or we agree on them and communicate them
beforehand.
