Data residency
Your data stays in Spain
As part of the normal operation of the service:
- Your environment (the application and its database) runs in data
centers located in Spain.
- Your backups are stored in object storage located in Spain
(specifically, on Sarenet infrastructure, in Spain; see
Sub-processors).
We do not transfer your data outside Spain as part of the ordinary
operation of the service.
International transfers
The service is designed to not require international transfers of
personal data. If a specific transfer were ever necessary (for example, due
to a specific support tool), it would only take place with the guarantees
required by the GDPR and would be documented.
Pending validation
The exact detail of locations and any transfer safeguard applicable to
your contract is set out in your contractual documentation and provided
on request.
Access from outside Spain
Administrative access to the platform takes place through an encrypted
private administration network with strengthened access control. Dynapps
España's operations staff work from Spain.
