Sub-processors

To provide the service we rely on a small number of sub-processors, all with infrastructure in Spain. Each one processes data exclusively for its assigned function and under the guarantees required by the GDPR.

Sarenet

Sarenet is a Spanish telecommunications and cloud services operator that provides the infrastructure your environment runs on —compute, network and storage— and the object storage where backups reside, all within Spain.

Sarenet holds an Information Security Management System certified to the ISO/IEC 27001 standard (certificate issued by AENOR), covering, among others, its cloud, storage, and remote backup services. You can check the detail and its other accreditations on its certifications page.

Official, up-to-date list

The current list of sub-processors, with their full identifying information, is part of your Data Processing Agreement and is kept up to date there. We provide it on request and inform you of relevant changes as agreed. See the DPA.
