Certifications
Dyncloud's security is built aligned with recognized industry best
practices in information security management, data protection and cloud
service operation.
Our providers' certifications
The infrastructure Dyncloud runs on relies on providers with recognized
security certifications:
- Sarenet, which provides the infrastructure and the object storage in Spain,
holds an Information Security Management System certified to ISO/IEC 27001
(certificate issued by AENOR), covering its cloud, storage and remote
backup services. You can review the details and the rest of its

Dynapps Spain certifications
Dynapps NV (Belgium), the Dynapps group's parent company, is certified
to ISO/IEC 27001, with the certificate renewed in February 2026. The
scope of that certificate does not cover Spain.
The infrastructure Dyncloud runs on is built applying the controls and
security guidelines of that certified management system. That alignment
concerns the infrastructure, and does not amount to being certified in
Spain.
As of September 2026, Dynapps Spain is in the process of ISO/IEC 27001
certification in Spain.
We provide the up-to-date status of the certification process and its
expected scope on request. We do not claim as active any certification
that is not yet in effect.
Framework
Regardless of the status of formal certification, we effectively apply the
usual controls of an information security framework: access control,
encryption, secrets management, network segmentation, vulnerability
management, verified backups and incident management. All of them are
described in this Trust Center.
